Leah

Leah was the eldest daughter of Laban and had a younger sister named Rachel.  One day a man named Jacob came and said that he was the nephew of Laban.  Jacob had seen Rachel and fell in love with her and he told Laban that he would work for him for seven years if he would let Rachel become his wife.  Laban agreed and when the seven years were finished instead of giving  Rachel to Jacob, he had sent in Leah and Jacob did not realize until the morning.  When Jacob asked why, Laban said that it was not right for the younger sister to be married before the elder.  However, Laban told Jacob that if he worked seven more years he would give him Rachel.  Jacob did so for he loved Rachel.  After this God saw that Leah was unloved so He gave her a son and left Rachel barren.  Leah praised God, saying "The Lord has has surely
